Yes. They will be working under the Fantastic Services brand name which comes with a certain level of quality that has to be met. That is why we have designed an online training academy to speed up the process.
Am I the one who communicates with the customers?
Yes, communication is expected on your end since you will be working with regular clients. It all boils down to emailing, texting, and calling them.
How long does it take to establish a fully booked weekly schedule?
Usually this happens in a few weeks or so. The main factor here is meeting the clients' expectations by providing a quality service, thus having them use us long-term.
How many work hours will the cleaners have per week?
This depends on a few factors. For example, the amount of hours that they have declared that they'll be working in a week. Their personal performance is another important factor. Usually, the domestic cleaners can do up to 40 hours of work in a week in the busy season but they can do extra if they want to (and in case there's an available booking).
